Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights and permissions to provide data and information to us.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services provided shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. Should negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
